Seasonal and Extended Stay

Some of our sites are reserved for guests that look for a seasonal campsite for the months April through October or monthly guest, that need a site for just a few months.

Seasonal Sites
$4,400 + electric for the season (7 months April 1st through October 31st).
To be paid in two installments.

Electric billed monthly. Our seasonal guests can make use of all the park amenities (wifi, bathhouse, river access, coin operated laundry, etc). The seasonal rate also includes free winter storage of your RV. Reserve your site now and set up your little camp-getaway for the 2025 season down by the river!

Monthly sites
Traveling nurse? Contractor? Visiting Family or building/renovating a house? If we have sites available by the start of our season, we offer extended stay sites for $750/month (+ electricity).
